On anchor links, ketchup alarms and starting over

At the end of last year, after thirteen years leading national programmes, building teams and working at executive level across some of the UK's most respected education organisations, I stepped out on my own. Before I did, I took a deliberate career break. I did improv, stand-up comedy, Hyrox and a wine tasting exam. Each one taught me something I didn't expect. This is the story of how I got here, what I learned along the way, and why I started Compass & Craft.
